About the Course

The Intro to Agile Scrum course is a series of short, modular learning videos that give a sharp, visual glance of focused Scrum topics. A fun exploratory experience for those looking to get a 360-degree view of Agile Scrum.  

 

This overview of Agile Scrum topics is meant for anyone new to agile or a scrum role, including: 

  • Professionals who have been directly involved in Agile Scrum
  • Professionals who are working as scrum masters, product owners or development team members
  • Those who want to gain a greater understanding of agile methodologies
  • Individuals tasked with developing and managing teams in a scrum environment

Over the Spring of 2020, the following modules will be added to this course:

  2. Scrum Overview
  3. Scrum Roles and Product Owner
  4. Scrum Master
  5. Scrum Teams
  6. Product Vision
  7. User Stories
  8. Estimation
  9. Planning Poker
  10. Release Planning & Sprint Planning
  11. Sprint Execution & Review
  12. Retrospectives

There is no pre-requisite knowledge, skills, or experience.

Upon completing all 12 modules, participants can earn up to 1 PDU from PMI®.

Upon completing Agile Scrum 101 Online course, participants might be interested in continuing their Agile Scrum education with:

  • Agile Scrum 101 (In-Class) – a 1-day course providing more in-depth instruction on the Agile Scrum framework.

This is a free course; however, registration is required.
